I Have An Inner Ear Infection Since August - Tried

I have an inner ear infection since August - tried altering diet, even had a 5-day round of Doxycycline mono, and daily Flonase spray for 10 days; plus constant Ocean (saline) sprays in nose - all to try and 'loosen' this infection. I want to request an anti-fungal med, perhaps Nystatin, but unsure... Any thoughts?
