I Have Been Diagnosed With Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoarthritis And Fibromyalgia.

I have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I'm on Stelara for severe psoriasis, duloxetine for pain, tizanidine for muscle relaxer, Motrin and hydo PRN. My doctor feels most of my pain is from the osteo and fibro. I tend to agree. Lately, my muscles ache so much it hurts to move, I'm fatigued, I don't sleep well, I have a horrible muscle knot over my rt. scapula. I get muscle spasms. I feel weak. I have always been active, I try to exercise but lately that has not happened, I just can seem to bring myself to do it. I used to lift weights now I just try to do light weights, I find it hard to be consistent with exercise since I get flare ups in any joint spontaneously, then I have to apply ice, or heat, rest the joint. The humidity does not help. I hate taking medicine, I was going to check into natural remedies. I take vitamins, vit. D3 because my D level was low. If I over do anything I pay for it the next day or days trying to recover. My body tells me when I have to stop and rest and I hate it. It is difficult to make plans because I don't know how I'll feel. I'm not crazy about trying neurontin either, I don't like the idea of and anticonvulsant, and don't suggest lyrica I had that before a surgery and I don't like feeling drugged up.
