I have been nauseous on and off for a week. I have had light bleeding all day and light cramps on and off all day. I had unprotected sex one week after my last period. the blood today is light , light reddish /pink in color (started out as brown discharge) no flow, only blood when I wipe or it drips a bit when I pee. Could I be pregnant? I have also been sweating at night. Very out of breath when I am normally quite active
