I Have Been On Effexor For About 30 Years Starting

I have been on Effexor for about 30 years starting on 75 gram then 125 then being weaned off the last 6 months ,very agitated and had to go on 3.25. they cause terrible sweats all day long, your valued opinion what would you advise please. I am 73 years , I feel I do not need them but it has left me with agitation and a little forthright.
