I Have Been On Thyroid Medicine Since Age 13. I

I have been on thyroid medicine since age 13. I am currently taking Armour Thyroid and have been on this for several years. I have been having monthly symptoms of a feeling of heat starting in my chest and spreading to my arms and is very uncomfortable and makes me nauseous. Each session lasts about 30 seconds and happens periodically for at least 24 hours. I have had thyroid tests that are normal and no one is able to define or explain these symptoms.
