I Have Blood In Urine Detected By A UTI Test

I have blood in urine detected by a UTI test but they found no infection just blood. I also have dull pelvic pain usually on the right but then sometimes moves to the left. I am also uncomfortable like I have to go to the bathroom and sometimes I have burning in my genital areas. I Am 55 year old woman
