I Have Boney Prominence Over The Site Of My Clavicle,

I have boney prominence over the site of my clavicle, just over the arm. It looks like I have a 'horn'. I had an sxray done and it didn't show any abnormality. I feel as though a rib is out of alignment and it caused my clavicle to pop up. today I noticed it to be tender, and it seems as though it's more distal than previously. I do work out pretty regularly. Any suggestions? Do I return to my roller?
