I Have Chest Pressure, Problem In Breathing And Light Head With Nausea
i have chest preasure and restricts my breathing and head light and nausea comes and goes with heart thuds and can feel it in my puls what could it be 48 female heart thuds and can be felt in pulse,when it happens it feels like presure on my chest and restricts my breathing at rest ,laying down and movement.

You should immediately go for a ECG in ER.Its looking like a MI or heart attack.Sometime heart attack does present with some non classical features .

thank you dr Naeem, i am awaiting blood results and i have had an ECG and ECHOGRAM about 6 months ago so my doctor thought i did not need another yet but my symptoms come and go and i did not have them when i was with my doctor ironicly..also i am under blood pressure management (bendroflumathiazide and zestral also simvastatin 40mg) i did have a suspected minor heart attack in the past,both my parents are hypertensive(my father had a fatel heart attack) so this worries me.thank you for your help.

It can be even small pneumothorax (air in diaphragm) .Just blood tests will not help you should also go for a chest x ray and a ct scan later on .

i think i will go to er as i am too worried to wait on blood results thank you for all your help.
