I have depression and anxiety. On a different medicine a couple of months. I was doing really well. Then a week ago, I started having panic attacks (Fluttering in chest). After about 5 days, I halved my dose. That hasn't helped. These attacks are almost constant, except I when I'm sleeping. I'm exhausted from them. My next appointment isn't until 6-13, and doc is on vacation until then. What should I do?
