Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have ebsteins anomaly, wolfe parkinsons white tachicardia (treated by ablation therapy in 1996 with no recurrence), patent ductus arteriosis (treated by device closure in 2004 succesfully) and will one day require a valve replacement , however I really want to join the army and train to work as an army medic, would my condition prevent me from being able to do this?
hmmm , I respect ur interest bt looking at ur multple heart problems , its not advisable for u to join army , as it demands lot of hart work and stemina and ur heart may not withstand this finally u may land in complicaations . my suggestion is that u join a less physical and mental stress job .
