I Have Got An Anxiety With Panic Disorder And Regularly

I have got an anxiety with panic disorder and regularly using medicine related to such problems. I am having different types of medicine as per the prescription of doctor. Still the problem is not solved. I used medicine such as ventab, minil and recently using zapiz 0.25 and venlift OD 75 mg. I am worried about the side effect that may cause due to these medicine in future. Is there any solution except medication and how to solve this problem? I would be thankful getting this reply.
