I have had 2 heart stints put in the past 2 years. One was LAD 90% blocked and other was 75% blockage and I am still having pains that go from front of chest to the mis shoulder blade on the left side. My heart compression level was at 35% and they said it was supposed to be around 55%. I am 44 year old male 6 ft. tall about 335 pounds and I don't drink and has been 18 months of non smoker status and no other drugs accept prescription. I have heard of a aortic dissection or tear, do you think it could be something like that or something else? I mean I have had MRI's triponan levels checked and all kinds of scans and sonograms so wouldn't they be able to tell in one of those if it was an aortic dissection?
