I Have Had A Cough For 2 Mos. Started With

I have had a cough for 2 mos. Started with head cold- took antibiotic and cough med.w/codeine. Still had dry cough. Now 2 mos. later.....awoke with chest pain, bellyache, coughing constantly. Had ultrasound for gallbladder. Now being treated with omeprazole for esophagus past 2 days. Chestpains still come and go, coughing with phlegm (tinged w/blood in am) clear by noon. What can I do to stop this cough...it hurts my chest and throat. And are we treating the right cause? I am susceptible to bronchitis (which is usually what I Start with in Jan. Or Feb. i have started burping after eating recently, but no reflux.
I spend 5 mos. in AZ ....do I have Valley Fever?

Ahh...wasn't aware of your charge. Even read the disclosure and didn't see anything about that. Forget my question. I can get second opinion elsewhere.
