I Have Had A Drastic Change In Vision In The

I have had a drastic change in vision in the last week and cannot seem to go twenty minutes (often less) without urinating. When I am done urinating it often feels like "the spigot is still on" but nothing is coming out. I also am having a dull pain in my right low back area. It has been very hot here and I work a lot. I drink a lot of water. I dont drink or smoke or use. I do have high blood pressure and take meds for that. Are these symptoms something that will go away? Perhaps I'm drinking to much water?
