I Have Had A Numbness Sensation On My Left Leg

I have had a numbness sensation on my left leg for a few weeks now and last week I've noticed swelling after a nite our and had been on my feet all day .. Just today I noticed underneath my calf on the left side as if I have a not there. .Do I need to see a doctor and be concerned?
