I Have Had A Partial Small Articular-sided Tear Of The

I have had a partial small articular-sided tear of the infraspinaus with involvement of the supraspinatus. No evidence of full-thickness tear appreciated. Small amount of fluid within the subcromial subdeltoid bursa likely related to the partial tearing. Moderate osteoarthritis of the acromiclavicular joint. Type 3 acromian. No dye contrast was given with my me I. I fell down initially and had pain a d crackling since September. I've been in physical therapy, had a cortisone shot and can't sleep well. Can this possibly still heal? I am almost 58. Thank you very much
