How Bad Is A High Grade Partial Articular Sided Tear In MRI?

My mri revealed that i have a high grade partial articular sided tear involving the mid fibers in the critical zone, approximately 2 cm from the tuberosity attachment, measuring 3 mm in AP dimension and 4 mm in mediolateral dimension. How bad is that ?
