I Have Had A Weird Feeling, Is There Something Wrong With My Head ?

I have had a weird feeling at the base of my skull for about a year now and sometimes it feels like a pinched nerve and other times it feels tender, but I don't feel like myself anymore and its hard to concentrate cause I feel like there is something in the back of my head ..its kinda hard to explain. What could this be??

hey you can get an MRI and MRA scan of brain  this will show up if anything is there and if nothing is there than you need to undergo PET scan. this will tell if anything is there or not
