I Have Had Allergies That Led To Pneumonia Earlier This

I have had allergies that led to pneumonia earlier this month. I live where it is very very windy and unseasonably warm. My chest is wheezy again and I just coughed up some yellow took. I still walk and hike but feel rather tired. they gave me antibiotics and an inhaler which seemed to help. Could this just be more allergy related stuff or should I be concerned about pneumonia again?
