I Have Had "bone " Pain In My Left Shin

I have had "bone " pain in my left shin for a week that gets worse throughout the day. I have a mild temperature. Dvt was ruled out on first day or two. I feel exhausted the last few days . I start off ok then again getting worse throughout the day. Like im.about to get flu but not going down with it. I'm. Also mildly constipated. I've had an x ray today.
What could it be ?
