I Have Had Gradual Right Shoulder Pain, Decreased Range Of

I have had gradual right shoulder pain, decreased range of motion. Went to Ortho, x-rays fine, muscle strength was good, no issues lifting (except above shoulder or behind), just certain motions are very painful. Doc said PT. My left shoulder is beginning to do the same thing. My sister had both shoulders operated on and it was found that there was a lot of -calcium build-up causing her pain/issues in both shoulders. I question PT as an option in my case as particularly since I have the same symptoms. Is the Ortho doc on the right track wit PT or how can I remedy this before both shoulders have this issue? I just think PT wouldn't be effective with calcium build-up? I appreciate your assistance. Blaine
