I have had major shoulder pain for the past 7 years due to an injury I sustained in Iraq. I have had 3 different doctors at the VA tell me 3 different things, and I am just looking for some input

Report:
Left shoulder
Fat-suppressed proton density axial sequences were obtained
followed by T1-weighted, T2-weighted, and fat-suppressed proton
density coronal sequences. T1-weighted and fat-suppressed proton

density sagittal sequences were performed.
There is mild to moderate arthritic change of the
acromioclavicular joint with some hypertrophic change which
extends inferiorly and the acromion is slightly downsloping
anteriorly which could contribute to impingement. Mild
heterogeneous PD signal is observed in the distal supraspinatus
tendon consistent with tendinopathy with a possible partial
undersurface tear near the insertion. No full-thickness tear is
seen. There is slight irregularity of the anterior labrum but no
well-defined tear is identified. The bicipital tendon is normally
located. There is mild thickening of the distal subscapularis
tendon with slight hyperintensity consistent with mild
tendinopathy. The marrow patterns of the humerus appear within
normal limits except for small subcortical cystic changes near
the infraspinatus tendon insertion.
Impression:
Mild to moderate arthritic change and hypertrophy of the
acromioclavicular joint with slightly downsloping acromion and
possible impingement
Supraspinatus tendinopathy and possible undersurface partial tear
near the insertion. No full-thickness tear is seen.
No labral tear is visualized.
Mild distal subscapularis tendinopathy
Other findings as noted.
