I Have Had My Disk Removed From My L4/L5 As

I have had my disk removed from my L4/L5 as a result of an injury. There has been nerve damage. This has been going for 10 years. Some numbness down the right leg. Surgeries Sept 2012 and May 2015. I suspect arthritis through my hips. This week due to severe pain through my right hip and down into my right groin I am now having trouble walking. I am trying not to take pain killers. I don't know what to do. I have an appointment with my specialist again 28.01. Tried seeing my doctor but cannot get an appointment until 19.01. I seriously don't know what to do. My neuro surgeon has said with both surgeries that I should not need to see her again and I would be fine............ where doI go? What do I do?
