Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is disc between the vertebral bodies, which are normally well hydrated.
2.In case of degenerative disease the hydration is lost and the disc is seen bulged out posteriorly at multiple mentioned levels.
3.The disc is seen causing pressure effect on the thecal sac at different mentioned levels.
4.And also seen the pressure effect on the exiting nerve roots causing the radiculopathy.
5.In this case the treatment includes exercises initially followed by the physiotherapy.

Good luck.
