I have had numerous pluerisy attacks lasting from several minutes to 30 minutes. It starts in the back where my lungs are and travels to my chest. Went to the doctor and they put me on prednisone for 22 days. weaned off prednisone about 2 weeks ago and had another attack today lasting 30 minutes. I have end stage emphysema. Is this normal for pluerisy or could it be angina? My stress test done a year ago was good, also get pain in left side of neck on occasion
