hi i was wondering if you can help me i get these spots under my arm pits and bottom but when i feel them there are like big lumps under my skin and there also hurt if touch could you tell me what there are and how to get rid of them please thankyou

With your description what I feel is that it could be swelling of lymph nodes in the area. It mainly occurs after infection and should be examined. Are you having any fever?
