I Have Had Swollen Lymph Glands In My Neck For

I have had swollen lymph glands in my neck for over 2 years. They have been painful off and on for all of that time. I now also have swollen glands in my armpits as well. I have been running low grade temps (between 99.4 and 100.2) since January, with it now happening 5-6 times a week. I am exhausted all of the time. My appetite is significantly decreased, and although I have not lost any weight, my clothes have gotten tighter. I sometimes feel that there is pressure under my diaphragm at my sternum. I do feel nauseated frequently. My GP did a PA view chest xray and I was told my heart and lungs look fine. I am so tired of feeling sick constantly and for so long. What can I do, or what questions should I ask, so that I can receive help to feel better?
