Do you drink alcohol. You need to quit if you do. Any prior history of heart disease. Do you have high blood pressure. Any vaginal discharge, burning micturition. You need to rule out Pelvic inflammatory disease. Better to get to the ER and get examined and tested for the same. Kindly do so without delay. Drink enough water and keep well hydrated.
