I Have Had Unusual Conditions Like Constant Ache In Lower Abdomen And Lower Back

I have had a low grade fever persistent for ten days, chills, abdominal pain began as stabbing and sharp pain but now dull constant ache in lower abdomen and lower back. Some days swelling of legs below the knee only in both legs. I had a hysterectomy many years ago.

Do you drink alcohol. You need to quit if you do. Any prior history of heart disease. Do you have high blood pressure. Any vaginal discharge, burning micturition. You need to rule out Pelvic inflammatory disease. Better to get to the ER and get examined and tested for the same. Kindly do so without delay. Drink enough water and keep well hydrated.

Mam, frst u go through cbc , renal profile, and usg whole abdomen soon , bcoz its a condition where avoidance Increase the severity....and tel me r u hypertensive, diabetic, and hypothoridism. contact soon your physician . ..once agian do not avoid.

Hi,
Low grade persistant fever for ten days cannot be taken as light.Also,u have abdominal pain and now swelling in knees.
You will have to go for CBC and other tests to find the cause and to be treated accordingly.
Consult your Doctor soon.Early detection and treatment can prevent complications.
