Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum,
You haven't mentioned your age? You are suffering from Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS),It
refers to a wide range of physical or emotional symptoms that typically occur about 5 to 11 days before a woman starts her monthly menstrual cycle. The symptoms usually stop when menstruation begins, or shortly thereafter. Since you have tested your Urine for Pregnancy, you can repeat it after 2 weeks if you happen to miss your expected period. A healthy lifestyle is the first step in managing PMS.Drink plenty of fluids, Eat frequent, small meals, may be 6 smaller meals a day. Exercise regularly. Take Care.
