I Have Invasive Ductal Mucinous Carcinoma Breast Cancer In My

I have invasive ductal mucinous carcinoma breast cancer in my left breast. I have been having a lot of kidney stones and when I went to the ER there were no stones because I had already passed them but said that there were patchy nodular opacities in the lower right lobe. Also degenerative findings involving osseous structres and multiple colonic diverticular. What does all of this mean? I have constant pain in my right side going around to my back and in the lower right flank.
