I Have Just Had A Dbl Mastectomy. Er Pr +

I have just had a dbl mastectomy. er pr + h2rt negative. nothing in the nodes. Very early detection. 1.7 centime tumor. I am extremely healthy and very active with impact sports: skiing, windsurfing, golf etc. I am 66. had a total hysterectomy 24 years ago--no ovaries.
My ocontype score is 17. I am just not at all comfortable with taking hormone therapy. the side effects seem to outweigh the benefits. I am 5/6 and 135 lbs. I eat a very healthy diet.
What do you think????
