I Have Knots In Arms And Legs. What Is It ?
i have some knots in my arms and legs.earlier i had a knot in my hand also but that was 30 year ago which was removed through a minor operation.now i have the same in arms and legs.please suggest me what should i do and to whom , i mean which specialist should i conslt.i m 41 year old, weight is 65.height is 5\

The knot you are describing if it is not painful it is probably a Lipoma that is a knot or swelling made of fatty tissue.It is a harmless swelling and can cause discomfort or pain only if it is on any place where it can cause pressure on muscles or other tissues.The only method to treat it if required is to get a surgical removal done as you had got done previously.So if you need to remove it you can contact a surgeon and get it removed by a minor surgery.
