Since august I have light and short(1-2 days) menstruations.But this month I had heavy menstrual bleeding all five days.My menstruations are so painful. Now im under stress ,I have depression . So doctor, can stress and depression to be reason of heavy menstruation this month? What natural home treatment can you to recommend me for painful menstruation , heavy menstrual period? Yes depression may be a cause of heavy menstrual bleeding but other important factors also mind for the same.
At Home you can take precautions as Taking well balanced nutritious diet, high Iron containing foods as jaggery and nuts ( chikki ), chicken(if non veg), and other good quality food to prevent anemia and to aintain blood condition normal.
If there again panful menstruation u met , take T Meftal spas ( mefenamic acid + dicyclomine) two times a day. Make habit of mind relaxing exercises as Yoga, early morning walk.
