I Have Lump On My Jaw And Neck And It Hurts

Hi I m 14 years old and I have one lump one my jaw right below my ear and another on the right side of my neck. They are about the size of my thumb and hurt all the time even when I m not doing anything. I have no other symptoms please help.

SINCE WHEN DO U HAVE THIS LUMP?DO U HAVE OTHER SYMPTOMS LIKE FEVER, BODY ACHE ETC?IF SO THEN ITS A VIRAL INFECTION. IF U DONT HAVE OTHER SYMPTOMS THEN U NEED TO MEET A DOCTOR IN PERSON TO EXAMINE THE LUMP.IT MIGHT JUST BE A LYMPH NODE ENLARGEMENT DUE TO THE INFECTION.
