I Have Momentary Blackouts, Usually Associated With Head Or Body

I have momentary blackouts, usually associated with head or body movement. It actually feels like I am going to sleep., I have fallen down three times when this happens. It is mostly in the morning when I first get up.. No serious results so far, but a very uncomfortable feeling.
