I Have Neck And Shoulder Pain On The Left Side.

I have neck and shoulder pain on the left side. Yesterday I had it on the right and then it moved to both area. The shoulder has pain too. I have knee pain as I have OA. I took Tramadol about 20 minutes ago. The pain in my neck is throbbing pain. ???
