I Have Open Wounds Around My Ankles, Got Antibiotic Cream.

I have open wounds around my ankles, got antibiotic cream. Getting better. Legs swollen..could be blocked veins (DVT). Waiting for ultra sound, for a week now.It was suggested use of compression stockings. If I do, the ulcers wounds would hurt. I also have sciatica, possibly. So when I move about to write, lift w/ hands & arms, or scratch my head, extreme pain attacks powerfully at (lower) back of my left ankle (there is no wound here), then moves behind my knee & if I move neck and arms & fingers & try to wash my wounds, apply gauze and lightly bind them with self sticking wrap. Last night, it took 4 hours to do for 2 ankles up to shins and I'm in exhausted. I'm in much excruciating pain that seems to attack the wounds around the legs. It would shoot from one wound to the other in the form of crawling ants, jabbing jolts, leg going to sleep, spams and it won't stop.....unless I stop moving. At times it would be so painful that I would scream out. Yet I have a strong pain threshold. I have not been suscribed conventional over the counter medication so went to Health Food &Vitamins store and got 'ABSORB' Pain 45+. 2 caps daily. But it doesn't last for whole day so was advised that I could take a third capsule for the last 5 or 6 hours before regular med time.
As I'm typing this with one finger on my cell phone, it's jabbing me on left side of my left leg excruciatingly.
I'm trying to learn as much as I can from sites on the net. I want to stay with natural pain killers & anti-inflammatories.
I suffered 2 fractured ribs from one fall (slimy winter staircase, and following month slid in one inch of water on marble floor in entrance to building (they had just lifted up the carpets). And a third fall, a month later, a walk-in Garbage container improperly parked bucked and shimmied and threw me out backwards, on my back onto the cement pavement.
I can't lie down, it reacts by putting my right leg to sleep. If I put my legs up, I get jolts in my legs and especially painful in my swollen legs and especially touching anything to my wounds....hurts. An extra pulse beating in my shins. Hard to describe. Like a pull or push, a rush, in my calves.like....a strange feeling.

I had a check up and lab work done. All came out positive. I have no arthritis, good heart, lungs and healthy, blood pressure like a 25 year old, so I was told.
If this swelling in legs don't get fixed (possibly DVT), a runaway blood cl could go to my lungs and I am finished. I pray not yet, Lord!

As i'm typing with my head looking down on my lap, the pain is triggering different parts of my lower ankles...some pressuring and some like pins and needles...just like a poorly played symphony.
Maybe you'll learn something from my experience.
There's so much more to me than meets the eye or keyboard. I've also been diagnosed with 51 alleges to foods. I've given up on that one. I lost track over the 10-15 years.

You seem to have an interesting site. Well written. I'm very worn out as the pain just a few minutes ago was AGONIZING!!! IT'S in the movements I make. Will be taking a break soon; need to recharge my cell.
