I have pain in my right arm and chest and herat burn and shoulder and jaw pain is it a heart attack or what else cauld it be.

If its on right side, then it can be only if you have your heart on right side. Get your symptoms checked by a doc anyways to be on safer side. Eat bland food, avoid spicy/oily/greasy food. Do not keep you stomacj empty for long time. It will aggravate the symptoms if they are due to gastritis.
