i been having pain in my thigh and lower back and also lower belly....whats wrong with me?

Welcome to HCM
Read your prob, cuase of such type of pain is most commonly PID n white discharge. other causes are diease in lumber disc, calcium defiency. you should discuss it with your doc n rule out the cause. you should get sonography of abdomen , X ray lumber spine for rule out the cause.
