I Have Pain Inside My Left Hip That Feels Like

I have pain inside my left hip that feels like pressure, aching, twisting and the occasional stab. My lower abdomen hurts in general, and the pain radiates to my lower left back. Pain increases with exercise or exertion. I had very painful cramps when my period started 2 weeks ago, and I know I have a 22mm cyst in my ovary, so I thought it was that. But then 3 days ago, I was cycling and the cramp came on exactly as it had when my period started, both times lasting for about 20 minutes and coming and going in waves, like contractions, increasing in space between then after the first initial 10 minutes of unrelenting agony. I often get this at the start of my period so it's not a new concern but what concerns me is it happening mid-cycle, and the continuing pain now for 3 days. I had tests, and no UTI or other infection present, and uterus lining/interior was normal.
