I Have Pain My Right Hip When Walking And At

I have pain my right hip when walking and at night when sleeping on either right or left side, mild pain but it wakes me sometimes. I am 70 years old, I have scoliosis, but you wouldn't know unless I told you. Bike riding doesn't hurt my hip. Is the pain related to my back? What can I do about it? Thank you
