I Have Pain That Seems To Be In Right Hip

I have pain that seems to be in right hip but goes through lower side, front to back, and moves from groin to upper right side. Do not feel bad. Little bit nauseous but nothing severe. Pain does not seem to change with activity or movement. More constant with random stabbing, burning times. Any ideas?
