I Have Psariatic Arthritis With Replaced Knee, Both Hips, Right

I have psariatic arthritis with replaced knee, both hips, right shoulder, C1 to T1 fusions and L3, 4, & 5 fusions.
I'm on methatrexate 1 ml and cimzia - doubled (2 shots every two weeks). I see my rheumatologist every three months. My SED rate is 94 and has been very high for many months. Other than medicines that I take and Vitamin D supplements, how do I reduce my sed rate -- what foods should I eat? Not eat? How do I get it down?
