my age is 29,I am an IT professional My eyes are burning. I have redness. intense itching sometimes no smoking or drinking habits. What can be the reason ?

i strongly feel this problem is because of work related.give gaps every 15 min.wear antiglare glasses ,put artificial tear drops in your eyes.and also check ur vision with an eye doctor so that any change in the power of glasses if needed can be done.
