I have sever pain in my toes, worse at night. Right leg spasm's at night. Sensitive from both knees to toes. This has been on going for several years. Getting worse as I age. (74). Right knee had total replacement several years ago . Have arthritis and just had a herniated disc surgery 6 weeks ago
