I have several bouts a day of sinus drainage, similar to a head cold but this has been going on foe several weeks, wakens me and stimulates coughing fits too. Lately, been seeing blood when blowing my nose at night or first thing in the morning. There isn't any constant pain but occasional through the nasal passage there is a sharp pain doesn't last more than a moment. Do I need antibiotics to resolve this, not going away on its own.
