I Have Shooting Pains In My Chest But Also Have A Hard Sore Lump In The Middle Upper Chest

Hi, I have shooting pains in my chest but also have a hard sore lump in the middle upper chest just of to my left where the ribs start. Have had it for over a month. Sore to push it an after smoking. Im 21 and worried. Thanks.

The painful lump could be an abscess get examined by a doctor & take a painkiller till you get a appointment with doctor.The lump requires investigation if you have any other symptom like fever;weight loss etc.
