I Have Stomatitis And Gingivitis For Nearly 2months.I Am Concerned

I have stomatitis and gingivitis for nearly 2months.I am concerned despite using electric toothbrush,flossing and mouthwash , gums bleed at times.I am not able to drink hot liquids or eat spicy food.I did have complicated impacted wisdom teeth removal 2 years back.
I am on eltroxin and duramine.
