I have stopped taking cocaine after finding a hole in my nose. To begin with it whistled. I use a daily nasal wash, and whilst I know it's a little scabby, the whistling has stopped, I'm no longer in pain, and have zero intention of ever taking any drug again. It's only been 3 weeks - but I'm determined!

Do I need to see a Dr? Whilst I realise the hole won't ever fully heal, will it repair at all?
