Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi ....you have already have complication of cocaine ...you are having nasal hole which may be causing problem in sleeping for you....you need to visit a ENT specialist and ask for its treatment. As you have mentioned that you stopped cocaine one month back , I m sure you must not be having any physical withdrawal symptoms as such....but must be having psychological symptoms...for that you must join some group therapy session in your near by area...it will help you in relapse prevention....when you will be completely abstinent and your nose problem solved your insomnia will get over ..even after this if your problem will not be solved you may be prescribed medication for that by the psychiatrist.
Take care
